c) Non-Transferability: The offer is personal to the New Student who has completed the requisite sessions. It cannot be transferred between different students or families, ensuring individualised benefits and fairness in application.
d) Completion Timeline: To qualify for the Offer, the New Student must complete four paid tutoring sessions within six months of their initial free consultation. This timeframe is designed to accommodate various scheduling needs while maintaining the offer's integrity.
3. Intellectual Property Rights

c) Communication Standards: All communications on the Leslie Learning platform, whether with tutors, staff, or other students, should be conducted in a respectful and professional manner. Abusive, offensive, or inappropriate language or behavior is strictly forbidden.
d) Compliance with Laws: Users must comply with all applicable laws and regulations while using Leslie Learning’s services. This includes adherence to copyright laws and respect for the intellectual property rights of others.
e) Reporting Misconduct: Users are encouraged to report any observed violations of these conduct standards to Leslie Learning. Prompt reporting helps maintain a safe and positive learning environment for all.
5. Termination of Services
a) Grounds for Termination: Leslie Learning reserves the right to terminate or suspend a user’s access to its services, including the “£100 Lesson Credit Offer,” for reasons including, but not limited to, breach of these terms and conditions, misuse of services, or conduct that is detrimental to the learning environment or other users.

c) Effect on Credit: Termination of services may result in the forfeiture of any unused Lesson Credits. Users will not be eligible for a refund of credits or services already used or paid for.

b) Scope of Credit Use: The Credit is applicable exclusively towards SUPPORT+ Tutorials and Standard Tutorials offered by Leslie Learning. It is not valid for use with other services, such as Marking Time & Feedback, to maintain the focused value of the offer.
c) Credit Expiry: The Credit must be utilized within 3 months from the date of its application to the student’s account. This time frame encourages timely use of the Credit while providing ample opportunity to schedule sessions.
7. Use of Credit
a) Exclusivity of the Offer: The "£100 Lesson Credit Offer" is an exclusive promotion and cannot be combined with any other offers or discounts provided by Leslie Learning. This ensures that each promotional benefit is utilized distinctly and fairly.
b) Redemption Process: The Credit can be redeemed against future bookings made through the Leslie Learning website, direct email communication, Gravity Forms online form, or embedded Calendly calendar software or website. This provides flexibility in how students choose to use their Credit.
c) Restriction on Refunding Past Services: The Credit is designed to encourage future learning opportunities and, as such, cannot be applied retrospectively to services already delivered by Leslie Learning prior to the awarding of the Credit.
d) Notification for Credit Application: The registered Parent or Guardian must notify Leslie Learning via max@leslielearning.co.uk indicating which future Sessions the Credit should be applied to. This ensures clear communication and proper application of the Credit.
e) Method of Applying Credit: The Credit will be applied as a full or partial refund against payments made for future Sessions with Leslie Learning, offering flexibility in its use.
f) Credit Refund Policy: The Credit will be refunded only to the Parent or Guardian who made payments for the first four sessions, ensuring that the refund process is clear and transparent.
g) Maximum Refund Limit: The total Credit refunded cannot exceed £100, in line with the original value of the offer.
h) Non-Monetary Exchange: The Credit is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or other services, maintaining the integrity and intended purpose of the offer.
8. Disputes
a) Dispute Resolution Process: In the event of a dispute related to the use of the "£100 Lesson Credit Offer," students or their guardians are encouraged to first contact Leslie Learning's customer support at max@leslielearning.co.uk. We aim to resolve disputes amicably and efficiently, seeking a fair outcome for all parties involved.

14. Entire Agreement
a) Completeness of Agreement: These terms and conditions constitute the entire agreement between Leslie Learning Ltd. and the user with respect to the “£100 Lesson Credit Offer” and supersede all prior or contemporaneous communications and proposals, whether electronic, oral, or written, between the user and Leslie Learning with respect to this Offer.
b) No Unstated Terms: There are no other terms, conditions, understandings, or agreements, whether written or oral, relating to the subject matter of this agreement, other than those contained in these terms and conditions.
